These terms govern your use of the CRE Intel Labs website and products. Please read them — by using our products, you agree to them.
These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and CRE Intel Labs ("we," "us"). By accessing our website or using our products, including CRE Intelligence, you agree to be bound by them. If you're using the product on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
CRE Intel Labs provides software tools for tracking commercial real estate deals, building and searching comp databases, extracting information from documents, and related intelligence features. We're actively developing the product and may add, change, or remove features over time.
You keep ownership of the deal data, documents, and content you put into the product. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content so we can provide the service to you and your team — including sending documents you choose to a third-party AI provider for extraction, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The product helps you organize information and extracts details from documents automatically. Automated extraction and analytics can contain errors, and market data can be incomplete or out of date. You're responsible for reviewing and verifying information before relying on it.
The product, software, design, branding, and the CRE Intel Labs and CRE Intelligence names are our property or that of our licensors. These terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the product as intended.
The product relies on third-party providers for hosting, storage, and AI processing, and may let you work with data from third-party sources. We're not responsible for third-party services or for the accuracy of third-party data, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
We work to keep the product available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. When we make material changes to the terms, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
The product is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the product will be error-free, that data will be accurate or complete, or that the service will meet your requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRE Intel Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost deals, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the product. Our total liability for any claim relating to the product will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you haven't paid us, a nominal amount.
You may stop using the product at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use the product ends; sections that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
